Prosper Dzitse founded EPLI in 2013 and has led its growth across Ghana and internationally ever since. For eight years he simultaneously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Cocoa360 — a cocoa-sector social enterprise across Ghana, the UK and USA — building its HR systems, leadership structures and governance from the ground up. Cocoa360 is now an EPLI client.
Former President of the National Union of Ghana Students, representing over 12 million students and youth, and Ghana's Youth Representative on the Commonwealth Youth Council. He has represented Ghana at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting and contributed at Chatham House, London on governance and leadership.
