ExcelloPact Professional and Leadership Institute (EPLI) is committed to building the people, systems, and leadership structures that make institutions perform.
We work with public institutions, corporations, NGOs, SMEs and regulatory authorities across Ghana and eleven countries beyond. Every engagement is practical, context-specific, and designed to produce measurable change.
EPLI began in 2013 as the Institute of Mentorship and Leadership Training (IMLT), founded on a single conviction: that Africa's growth depends on the quality of its leaders and the strength of its institutions.
For over a decade, the institute operated under that conviction — training professionals, building HR systems, advising organisations, and supporting institutions across Ghana and internationally. The work was consistent and the results were measurable. Turnover reduced from 40% to less than 1% within one year at one client. Workforces scaled from 7 to over 50 staff at another. Healthcare capacity grew from 100 to over 10,000 outpatient cases annually at a third.
In October 2025, the institute formally incorporated and rebranded as ExcelloPact Professional and Leadership Institute, reflecting the full scope of what it had grown into over twelve years of consistent institutional work.
The name changed. The mission did not.
To build leaders, strengthen institutions, and deliver the measurable people and systems change that enables organisations to perform at their best — consistently, sustainably, and at every level.
A Ghana and an Africa where institutions are led with purpose, staffed with capability, and built on systems that outlast any single individual.
We hold ourselves and our clients to the highest standard of professional practice, institutional design, and measurable output. Good enough is not enough.
We say what we mean and deliver what we promise. Every engagement is built on honesty, transparency, and a commitment to the client's actual best interest.
We measure our success by the change we produce — not in the training room, but in the institution. If behaviour does not change, we have not done our job.
EPLI delivers across six areas, each designed to address a specific dimension of people, leadership, and organisational performance.
