Prosper Dzitse is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ExcelloPact Professional and Leadership Institute (EPLI), a leadership, human capital, and organisational development institute operating across Ghana and internationally. With over 15 years of experience in human resource management, leadership development, organisational systems, and institutional transformation, he works with public institutions, corporations, regulatory authorities, oil and gas companies, fintech firms, healthcare facilities, transport organisations, NGOs, and SMEs across Ghana and beyond.
EPLI began in 2013 as the Institute of Mentorship and Leadership Training. Over a decade of consistent work, the institute formally incorporated and rebranded as ExcelloPact Professional and Leadership Institute in October 2025. For eight of those years, Prosper simultaneously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Cocoa360, a leading cocoa sector social enterprise operating across Ghana, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America, where he built HR systems, leadership structures, performance management frameworks, and organisational governance from the ground up. Cocoa360 is now one of EPLI's clients.
Prosper is a British Chevening Scholar and holds an MSc in International Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom.
He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources certified by HRCI, one of the most rigorous HR credentials globally. He holds a Chartered Manager designation from the Chartered Management Institute in the United Kingdom, an Executive Certificate in Strategic HR Management, and a Certificate in Labour Law and Application from the HR Certification Centre. He represents clients at the National Labour Commission of Ghana on employment and labour matters.
During his studies at the University of Dundee, Prosper was elected to represent over 4,000 taught postgraduate students on the University of Dundee Students Council. He organised peer tutoring sessions for over 100 colleagues across eight postgraduate business modules.
He led the University of Dundee team as the only team from Scotland to qualify for the finals of the UBC Global Masters Postgraduate Business Challenge in March 2023, finishing as one of 12 finalists from over 60 competing teams globally. He was also recognised as Representatives Representative of the Year at the University of Dundee Business School Students Board Award ceremony in 2023.
Prosper brings a distinctive background in national and international governance that shapes his approach to institutional leadership and development work.
His public leadership journey began as President of the Greater Accra Regional Students Representative Council from 2010 to 2011, representing over 80,000 students across public and private senior high schools in the Greater Accra Region and engaging government at policy planning and implementation levels.
He served as Deputy Majority Leader of the University of Ghana Students Parliament from 2013 to 2015 and was a founding member of the University of Ghana Parliament House at Accra City Campus (2013–2014), where he led the drafting of its founding constitution and the orientation of its founding membership.
From 2014 to 2015, he served as President of the National Union of Ghana Students, representing over 12 million Ghanaian students and youth at home and abroad, leading national policy advocacy on student welfare, governance, and education access, and serving on the National Youth Authority and other national boards and committees.
He served as Ghana's Youth Representative on the Commonwealth Youth Council from 2016 to 2018, was designated a Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassador at CHOGM Malta in 2015, and attended the Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassadors Conference in Kigali, Rwanda, in 2016.
He represented Ghana at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting and Youth Forum in Malta in 2015. He contributed at Chatham House London in June 2023 on international peace, security, governance, and leadership, participated in a session at Marlborough House with Former President H.E. Danny Rollen Faure of Seychelles on the separation of powers in a small island state, and attended the International Scholars Reception in Glasgow in March 2023.
He has been an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society since April 2018.
Every EPLI engagement is led personally by Prosper or by a team he has built and oversees directly. Clients do not receive a training company sending facilitators. They receive direct access to someone who has spent over a decade building institutional systems and developing leaders across some of the most demanding environments in Ghana and internationally.
Prosper is the author of Become a Better Leader and the Best in Your Chosen Field, published by Mayben Publications, Accra, in 2013.
